Our Dentsu Media Partnerships Team is a cornerstone of our top-tier services. As the creative and bespoke division of Dentsu, our mission is to craft innovative media sponsorships, partnerships, and content that captivate audiences and enable brands to connect through culture, ultimately achieving their business goals. We collaborate seamlessly with every Dentsu department to produce bold, unconventional media content, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
We're hiring for a Project Manager as part of Media Partnerships Team in London.
Purpose of the Role
Key Contributor: To play a pivotal role within the established Project Management Team, spearheading a variety of media campaigns for clients across diverse industries
End-to-End Project Management: Take full ownership of campaign management, seamlessly coordinating between clients, media owners, and Dentsu teams to ensure flawless project delivery and achievement of client objectives
Solutions-Oriented Approach: Utilise a solutions-based mindset to consistently deliver complex projects on time and within budget
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of multiple client campaigns, exhibiting a highly organised approach, media expertise, sound judgement, and a solution focused attitude
- Cultivates close relationships with clients, communication planning teams across Dentsu, media owners and third parties, building trusted relationships
- End-to-end campaign management, demonstrating flawless execution and maintaining Dentsu standards
- Commercial understanding and awareness, liaising with finance teams within Dentsu to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processes
- Microsoft Office usage to produce accurate weekly reports, status sheets & finance trackers
Qualifications + Skills
- Proven track record of end-to-end project management within media / marketing
- Extensive experience in concurrently overseeing and coordinating multiple client projects, adept at prioritising tasks and surpassing client expectations
- Skilled in problem-solving, demonstrating resilience, resourcefulness, and a strong sense of ownership over projects
- Collaborative team member with confidence and exceptional communication skills
- Up to date with the latest market trends and media developments
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with commercial processes

- The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday, and often a Wednesday as well
