GENERAL SUMMARY

Lead the Project across all project phases. Be overall responsible for execution of the project as specified in the contract. Implement the overall project strategy which is to meet or exceed Client's overall objectives while maintaining goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Profitability.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Establish good working relation with Client and define client expectations
  • Demonstrate HSE leadership
  • Ensure execution of necessary team alignment activities internally and with Client
  • Ensure establishment and implementation of proper Quality Assurance Systems
  • Initiate and secure implementation of lessons learned from previous projects
  • Ensure that a complete design basis is established in the project start-up period
  • Ensure right knowledge of the Contract in different area of the organization
  • Ensure good working relations and clear interfaces towards partners, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ensure proper authorisation and approval routines for the Project
  • Establish appropriate control systems to ensure adherence to schedule, budget and quality requirements
  • Review and approve cost budgets
  • Direct the work within the project organisation to fulfil contractual obligations
  • Establish a cost conscious attitude amongst the project participants
  • Maximize Celeros revenue and profit in the project
  • Inform the project participants regularly about the work, schedule and achievements
  • Review and approve project milestone dates and any additional Client defined milestones
  • Performance and compliance monitoring
  • Report to Project Owner on all critical and important items

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Good understanding of the project lifecycle

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Managing Engineered to Order Projects
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Ability to Manage Change and solve medium to complex problems
  • Effective organization skills
