OTSA is a specialist sales and marketing agency representing a wide portfolio of international trade exhibitions. Every year, OTSA works with hundreds of companies to help them take their products and services to some of the world's most exciting export markets.
We operate as the UK and Ireland representative for several international exhibition organisers. Our clients are industry leaders, and our job includes acting as their country office, recruiting exhibitors, visitors and supporting national pavilions at their shows.
The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of trade shows and execute tailored sales and marketing campaigns to recruit exhibitors and visitors. The objective of your role will be to secure revenue through exhibition sales and account management.
We regularly visit competitive shows in the UK and abroad to recruit exhibitors and network with existing contacts, along with attending client trade shows to meet with our exhibitors and clients. The Project Manager will regularly be required to work/travel outside of normal office hours (including and occasionally on weekends).
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A minimum of 3 years of exhibition work experience, with a proven track record of achieving results within exhibitions sales, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage time to maximize productivity and achieve goals.
- A high level of emotional intelligence, skilled in building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Personable and enthusiastic, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- A true team player who is committed to collective success.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of an additional language, (particularly German), would be an advantage.

The central London, dog friendly offices are close to Oxford Street & Marylebone High Street with access to the private gardens of Manchester Square. Hybrid working is offered to all applicants with a minimum of at least 3 days in the office. Core hours are 9-5pm, flexibility outside these hours will be required to suit the needs of the business.
