Job description

iChoosr is looking for a Project Manager to successfully deliver our solar, energy, and heat pump schemes in the United Kingdom. As part of the operations team, you'll ensure the smooth execution of group-buying schemes, collaborating with the UK business team and other specialists across iChoosr, including development, data, and customer service teams, as well as external partners. You will play a key role in helping iChoosr grow and support more sustainable energy installations. You will be required to travel to our offices in Antwerp and Amsterdam as needed.

Your responsibilities

You will manage the preparation and execution of solar, energy, and heat pump schemes. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, identifying challenges, and ensuring key milestones are met for each scheme.

Key outcomes include delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving operational excellence through ongoing analysis and process improvements.

Your main activities will include:

  • Setting up Solar Together schemes using project management tools.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to deliver customer communications.
  • Testing customer journeys, identifying issues and defining solutions and improvements.
  • Updating website content using our content management system (CMS).
  • Ensuring effective communication across teams.
  • Advising customer service and external partners on complex issues.
  • Manage development and data requests using a collaborative task management tool (e.g., Jira), including defining requirements and contributing to agile processes such as sprint planning
  • Proposing improvements to customer journeys using insights from data and behaviour analysis.
  • Supporting new project launches
  • Analysing, sharing and presenting data to stakeholders

Your expertise

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a logical thinker, and committed to improving processes. You should have:

  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in using IT systems, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and (ideally) Jira. You will need to be able to quickly get up to speed with other systems including proprietary systems (training will be provided).
  • A passion for delivering great customer experiences and an interest in renewable energy markets.
  • You are a problem solver who is keen to resolve issues and can work under pressure.
  • The ability to travel to Antwerp and Amsterdam as needed.
