About the role

  • End-to-end accountability for the management and delivery for a technology related project within agreed parameters of cost, timescale and quality.Establishing a project
  • Scope: Defining and agreeing project scope using established tools and techniques.
  • Stakeholders: Identifying and engaging all project stakeholders and preparing a stakeholder matrix and developing and implementing an appropriate communication plan.
  • Investment: Supporting or leading in the securing of investment by providing time, resource and cost estimates together with risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions.
  • Resources: Defining a project team and sourcing.
  • Mobilisation: Production and distribution of all key mobilisation artefacts such as RACI matrices, Project Initiation Documents, collaboration tools, running project initiation workshops, implementing governance.
  • Agile Project Management: Understanding of SAFe principles, delivering continuous value, and have experience managing project through the lifecycle from initiation through to closure.

Experience Needed:

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering change projects.
  • Strong inspirational leader with proven matrix management capability and proven decision-making experience amongst other managers at varying levels and building teams to
  • deliver against a common vision.
