Responsibilities / Position overview
As the Project Manager of both qualitative and quantitative market research projects, you will manage aspects of fieldwork from point of commission to delivery of analysis, whilst maintaining consistently high standards. In your role, you will be expected to develop and manage suppliers of qual predominantly (and quant) services to Lumanity Insight. You will need to provide frequent and proactive dialogue with internal and external project stakeholders and suppliers. The (Qualitative) Project Manager will be passionate and able to solve project changes positively. A core part of this role will be to multi-task across a number of often complex multi-market projects and act as an effective Lumanity team member, with enthusiasm and creativity.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Pre-Job
- Prepare costings for proposals
- Evaluate feasibility of projects
- Negotiate with suppliers
During-Job
- Development of Project Management skills by managing a certain number of projects to the adequate level
- Set up and attend project kick-off meetings
- Advise on online questionnaire design
- Arrange fieldwork logistics and commission agencies
- A/E process training
- Reconciliation of AE
- Finalise budgets with suppliers
- Link checking
- Organise all field-work administration
- Set up and attend briefings (agency/analysis/CRs) - send relevant materials to moderators / analysers in advance of briefings
- Fieldwork management/liaison with fieldwork suppliers, scripting teams, DP and coding/AE suppliers
- Updates - liaison with team/suppliers - responsibility for regular and timely updates regarding recruitment to the team and the client
- Organisation of focus vision/other appropriate digital platforms
- Setting up TDIs (allocating TDI interviews to research team)
- Booking external moderators as required
- Liasing with analysers
- Liasing with moderators/CRs
- Dealing with queries from agencies and recruiters
- Manage field portal for project outputs (audio/video files) - co-ordinate with facilities/agencies re delivery of materials/stimuli
Qualifications
- Strong experience in qual and quant fieldwork within the healthcare market research industry
- Ability to communicate in the most appropriate manner
- Confidently take full ownership for delivery on any assigned project
- Ensuring all deliveries (at least) meet expectations
- Accuracy of work (Fieldwork)
- Completing all allocated tasks on time and to the highest standard
- Full accountability for timings and ensuring it delivers to brief
