Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing team based in North London / Hertfordshire. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a wide range of construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain the company's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and all deadlines are adhered to.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues or delays, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the company's high standards of quality and craftsmanship, from inception through to the final handover.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects are completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, proactive work environment, maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in managing construction projects, particularly within residential or commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of all stages of construction, from design to handover.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage challenges calmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a related field are advantageous.
