Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects. Your role will involve coordinating the full project lifecycle, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, and the in-house team to ensure seamless project delivery, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, resolving issues proactively.
• Coordinate the work of in-house tradesmen and suppliers, ensuring all elements of the project are on track.
• Monitor site safety and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in project management, particularly the high end residential sector
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
