Job Purpose

The role of EV Project Manager presents a new and exciting opportunity within the group. The EV division is a new and crucial addition to the Radius Group, as we continue to evolve our products and services to suit the accelerating transition being made by our customers from fossil fuels to zero emission solutions.

Working closely with the Head of Product & Systems and the Technical Director, you will be managing a wide portfolio of projects, each of varying size, subject & complexity, and for their entire project lifecycle. Key elements of the role will include working with internal and external stakeholders to establish solutions and requirements, working with the EV development team to add scope & size to those requirements, scheduling, planning, business process development and project delivery. We are small but very dynamic team and your approach to the role should reflect this with a pro-active and creative mindset.

Ultimately, we are building a suite of world-class products and services to provide to our customers - both existing and new to group. The successful candidate will be ensuring that development of these products and services takes place efficiently, robustly and via achievable timescales.

Your responsibilities day to day will be...

  • To Coordinate, gather requirements, and implement a range of EV features and processes.
  • Project planning, scheduling meetings, holding individuals accountable for their tasks, identify and manage risks related to all projects.
  • Ensure all projects are run within the time allocation.
  • Provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Escalate any project related concerns within a timely manner.
  • Ensure the Benefit realisation and lessons learnt are communicated.
  • Implement contingency plans to ensure that sufficient resource is available to achieve project deadlines.
  • Represent the EV Technical Team when projects are underway
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures relating to all projects delivered
  • Develop and circulate a weekly activity/progress report for senior key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning activities, scoping & scheduling future projects.
  • Develop and deliver training for the Business teams taking on new processes
  • Generating ideas for improvement across process/system/resource/training, identifying key stakeholders who will enable progress and implementation, and following through on the implementation of these processes.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

  • A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet
  • Competency across a range of IT skills
  • Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
