Salary: £47,377 - £62,572 depending on skills and experience, bonus, car allowance plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What will I be doing in this role?
Enerveo have been awarded a prestigious LV/EHV contract for a DNO within the Wessex regions, the project consists of a full turnkey solution for design and build covering Reactive and Planned activities inclusive of design, planning, excavations, jointing and reinstatement, Enerveo will be assisting our client with all New connections, Faults and Capital replacement projects from Low Voltage up to 33Kv.
In a typical day, you could expect to be;
- Responsible for design and delivery delivering a broad range of LV / HV and works via teams of direct employees and sub-contractors.
- Securing projects of significant value, building appropriate technical resources and delivering success in a traditional profit and loss type of business.
- Planning, organising, monitoring and control operations to ensure business objectives are achieved within budget and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Leading teams of design, engineering, sales and technical staff to ensure the business achieves its core targets.
- Setting out and managing annual budget plans and ensuring that all projects are managed to a profitable conclusion.
What do I need to be successful in the role?
We are looking for you to join us with demonstrable experience and a solid track record of managing Low Voltage / High Voltage construction projects and staff within the UK. We will be looking for you to have a knowledge of key projects and customer/client base including key suppliers and competitors in LV / HV infrastructure.
- You will have spent time either as a Low Voltage or High Voltage project engineer or in an HV SAP or Electrical AP role previously or will have had extensive experience in managing a portfolio focused on LV and HV design and delivery.
- You'll have an electrically biased background alongside recognised safety qualifications such as IOSH/SMSTS/NEBOSH
- Support our bid team to ensure our bids are compliant from a tendering and design perspective.
- You will bring experience in Electrical practices and planning and managing work programmes and effective resource utilisation
- A background in procuring sub-contract services, managing commercial/contractual risks, contract resolution and financial planning will also be key for this role.
- Overall you will have excellent leadership skills will be skilled at managing and motivating a large team to achieve results
- Due to the locations, we cover, it is an essential requirement for this role that you have a full, current driving licence
- You will join us with an extensive background in managing a P/L account and running a business.
