Project Manager - Leiston, Suffolk
Danny Sullivan Group are searching for their next Project Manager, based in Suffolk.
The ideal candidate for this role would be responsible for the site delivery team and to manage water projects, as well as ensuring safe and effective delivery.
Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of projects from enquiry to completion, ensuring successful handover.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to enhance the company's market position and seek new opportunities.
• Lead by example in promoting safety, complying with Health & Safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and reporting incidents.
• Support and manage site teams, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and project delivery.
• Plan, sequence, and coordinate project activities, managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and milestones to prevent delays.
• Oversee project budgets, costs, cash flows, and financial updates, ensuring maximum profit and compliance with CDM regulations.
• Manage design consultants, chair project meetings, and produce reports on budget, progress, risks, safety, and quality.
• Monitor supplier performance, address risk-related issues, and ensure environmental and heritage considerations throughout project phases.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Degree level educated (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in managing multiple/complex projects within the correct discipline.
• 15+ years of experience, or more (preferred).
• Proven experience in handling projects of £2m and above.
• Understanding of all aspects of successful project management.
• Experience of risk management and risk.
