Your new role

• - To drive the successful delivery, in all aspects of scope, customer satisfaction, commercially and financially of a major Electrical Infrastructure Project within the UK for the growing successful Business of Ipsum.

• - Ensure the Allocated Project Team operates at the highest standards of Health & Safety.

• - Drive Project Business growth and profitability - ensuring programmes indicate the requirement of sufficient skilled, trained and competent resource.

• - Work with Customer site contacts to ensure customer satisfaction through technical delivery excellence throughout the contract delivery.

• - Ensure compliance with Ipsum processes and driving of continuous improvement.

• - Ensure lessons learnt & best practices are embedded in Project Delivery process and culture. This is key to raise competitiveness and profitability.

• - Be recognised as an active ambassador of Ipsum.

About you

Desirable qualifications/ skills/ experience

Relevant Engineering Qualification (ONC/HNC or equivalent)

• Recognised Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent)

• Proven track record with Project Manager role or qualification

• Delivery experience of major Battery Storage Projects or major electrical Project

• Strong Technical knowledge in the HV & LV Industry

• The ability to motivate and engage a team

• Strong decision making capability and strong implementation skills

• High level of resilience
