Morrison Water Services are recruiting for a Project Manager to work on our Thames Water Capital Delivery Framework contract in Thames Valley.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, on time, efficient and 'right first time' delivery of projects leading a team of professionals as well as being the point of contact for the Client. Using Morrison Water Services procedures to deliver world-class health, safety, environment, and well-being performance and providing leading customer service and satisfaction.

You will also deliver operational objectives to support Thames Water in meeting their performance commitments and achieving high levels of compliance with Water UK performance metric targets. You'll support the maximisation of cash collection and margin while maintaining an excellent relationship with Thames Water through collaboration. The scope of works will be varied to include but not be limited to, gravity pipeline, rising mains, trunk mains, pumping stations, M&E works, shafts and tunnelling.

You'll collaborate with Client Asset Planners, designers and delivery teams throughout the Target Cost Setting, design and delivery phases of a project. Ensure projects are delivered in a safe, efficient, timely way, and promote best practice in quality management.

Ensuring compliance with MWS environmental processes and procedures. Delivering excellent customer service and achieve above target customer satisfaction scores to minimise/reduce the number of complaints received.

Increasing productivity, without compromising on safety and continuously drive efficiency. Assisting in maximising cash collection, minimising work in progress and delivering targeted margin.

Do you have a degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction?

Have you completed management training, such as Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5, or equivalent?

Do you hold NEBOSH National Certificate (General or Construction), and Water Hygiene?

Are you experienced in working in the water industry? This is essential for this role.

Do you have a proven track record in leading multidiscipline teams?

Can you deliver against operational targets?

Are you commercially aware and engaged, and able to build relationships with key client and supply chain contacts?

Can you deliver the highest health and safety standards, with excellent customer service?

Are you experienced in an operational role, managing designers and subcontractors?

Have you worked with MEICA?
