Role: Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Providing day to day support to end users for their issues related to hardware/software
• Preparing and allocating systems to Users on need basis
• Assisting Senior Management Users for day-today operations for IT Support
• Managing group policies
• Managing DHCP/DNS server
• Providing the Audio Video Support & Meeting
• Managing all security component compliances on end user systems
• Managing Windows security patches in end user systems using patch management tools
• Collecting evidence from systems as per the audit requirements
• Managing backups and restoration of back up data on need basis
• Coordinating with other teams to configure/troubleshoot servers/network devices
• Coordinating with vendors for any hardware related issues
• Coordinating with Service Providers for any issues in internet/MPLS connectivity
• Incident Management / Service Request Management / Change Management / Problem Management
• Ensure all security hardening and vulnerability management compliances are met

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in networking
• Should have experience in Windows Active directory environment
• Should have knowledge in ITIL processes
• Any Professional certifications in Microsoft related to System Administration
• Should have experience of 5 to 7 Years
