Job Title: Project Leader – AUKUS Information Exchange

Salary: £45,628+ and executive car allowance, depending on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with BAE’s teams and our International Partners to support the exchange of methods, data and technology
- Managing a process for supply of documentation to International partners, ensuring all requirements are met
- Coordinating the management of arrangements for Senior International VIP visits
- Oversight of International Embedments to ensure knowledge transfer objectives are achieved
- Coordinating the requirements and execution of international workshops
- Monitoring progress and reporting metrics
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Demonstrable Project Management experience
- Experience with report writing
- Good stakeholder management experience, ideally up to senior leadership level, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2)

The AUKUS Information Exchange team:
You’ll be joining a newly established and evolving team, within a larger group covering multiple international exchange programmes, supporting the growth of UK and international businesses. This role will see you forge new relationships with international stakeholders and influence future ways of working. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
