Job Description
We are seeking a commercially astute Project Director with Health experience to join our Real Estate team. With the opportunity to work on the New Hospital Programme, this is a defined opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market leading Health Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of the New Hospital Programme across various functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Plan and secure resources for the programme, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Lead and manage the programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Ensure the programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards.
- Build, sustain and facilitate relationships with programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the programme, using appropriate metrics and indicators.
- Evaluate the impact and benefits of the programme, using evidence-based methods and tools.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
- Professionally qualified at post-graduate level (must be an internationally recognized project management qualification).
- Degree qualified with cognate degree preferable.
- Experience in Health projects and/or major infrastructure programs.
- Strong contract administration skills.
- Commercially astute.
- Experience of NEC contracts.
