Project Delivery Manager

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

We're a FoodTech scale-up with over £25mill of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen, there's 70,000 of them in the UK. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery apps whilst continuing to service their core customers. You run the kitchen, we do the rest!

In short, we're defining the future of the food delivery market! Nobody's growing as fast as us in the UK, and we're looking for great people to join us on our journey.

As Project Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving high-quality outcomes that deliver value for our business, partners, and customers. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills will shine as you manage our most exciting projects from start to finish, build strong relationships, and foster collaboration across teams.

    • Risk and Issue Management: Spot potential risks early and develop creative solutions to keep projects on track. Focus on addressing root causes rather than just symptoms when troubleshooting.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use insights and analytics to guide decision-making and ensure projects deliver measurable results aligned with business priorities.
    • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and knowledge sharing across teams. Provide clear leadership and ensure teams have the tools and guidance they need to succeed.

    • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking. An analytical thinker who loves getting to the root cause of problems and delivering practical solutions. A creative, pragmatic mindset that focuses on outcomes and impact.
    • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with technical and non-technical audiences. Confident in negotiating and influencing to align teams and drive collaboration.
    • Customer and Partner Focus. A commitment to delivering value for customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded. A strong sense of accountability and ownership.
    • Adaptability and Startup Mindset. Comfortable wearing many hats and working in a fast-changing environment. A collaborative, approachable attitude with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
