Job Title: Project Data Control Administrator

What you’ll be doing
This role validates and processes sales opportunities at the Won Ready for Closure stage for all business units within Digital Intelligence.
The role is responsible for:
- Accurate set-up and maintenance of project master and sales order data in line with established and evolving data standards (e.g. new DOA-Delegation of Authority for project changes, standard WBS structures etc.)
- Manage and maintain accuracy of project data through its life, from creation, processing budgets, monthly trading adjustments, to final closure
- Development of project data standards, in particular the effective use of WBS structures and associated functionality, with the Master Data, Project Management and Project Accounting teams
- Act as a source of best practice guidance on project processes relating to sales order creation and detailed project set up
- Continue to drive higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness in performance of operations.
- Process improvement initiatives including User Acceptance Testing and updating of work instructions.
- Business impact: provides the basis for project, sales order and time recording data to the business across the sales, delivery, project management, project accounting and finance business partnering areas.
Your skills and experiences
SAP ERP experience preferred, Salesforce, strong Microsoft office suite skills, Interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication; excellent team working; active listening; excellent customer service ethos, Experience of working to tight timescales and meeting deadlines, strong attention to detail and ability to provide guidance on correct process.
Due to the secure nature of this role you must be a UK national eligible to obtain Security Clearance

The Project Data Control team operate over multiple geographies support the global business. The team are at the forefront and centre executing some of the core business processes with regards to order intake and project lifecycle. A role that interacts daily with the wider business providing variety to each day.
