We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual with an interest in autism and neurodiversity. The role offers opportunities to work with a range of services, departments and stakeholders in the local health and care system. You will develop, monitor, implement and evaluate change projects to improve the lives and health of people living in Sussex.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are able to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Are experienced in supporting neurodivergent people and their carers
  • Are able to work with partners to identify and deliver workable solutions
  • Are organised, proactive and motivated
  • Can manage competing priorities
  • Have experience of managing projects
  • Have analytical skills
  • Have some knowledge and understanding of the health and care sector
  • Are able to show an understanding of and commitment to equal opportunities.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
