Purchasing and Admin Manager
Reporting to Maintenance Manager and HOD

• Manage day to day purchasing.
• To monitor stock supplies, stock rotation and manage the re-ordering process.
• To source and purchase stock items, negotiating prices and delivery timelines with
suppliers
• Manage the purchase order process - including raising and authorising P/Os
• Identifying new suppliers and managing existing supplier relations.
• Negotiating prices and delivery timelines with suppliers.
• Oversee all administration responsibilities within the maintenance department.
• Establish departmental standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are
implemented appropriately.
• To work in partnership with other managers to ensure a culture of strong communication
and teamwork.
• Managing departmental budget.
