Transformational Opportunity: Project Account Director

As a Project Account Director, you'll have the chance to grow a £multi-million account into a profitable EMEA Principal Contracting and MAC business, delivering game-changing M&E life cycle replacement projects and fit-out opportunities that will leave a lasting impact on the industry.
Key Highlights:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand the account across EMEA, leveraging your expertise and network to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success and the success of the account
- Drive revenue growth, negotiate lucrative deals, and increase margins through effective contract management, procurement, and supply chain optimization
- Collaborate with procurement teams to secure top-tier trade contractors and suppliers, ensuring the highest quality and best value for our clients
- Ensure timely and profitable project delivery, exceeding client expectations and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience in construction, M&E, FM, or critical systems, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong commercial awareness, financial acumen, and influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts, budgets, and stakeholders
- Recognized technical qualification in construction, mechanical, or electrical discipline, with a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, build relationships, and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
