YOU WILL:

Primarily work with one of our key customers in the Life Sciences space. You will join an existing NH team on an exciting programme and will contribute to the program vision, design the program roadmap, mobilize teams and resources, and facilitate the execution.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop the program roadmap
  • Align the programme vision
  • RAID management
  • Lead and empower the project and technical teams to work towards project deliverables and goals.
  • Manage, and consult with various stakeholders across multiple workstreams
  • Produce, consolidate, and document and maintain the fundamental components of projects (scope, schedule/project plan, resource requirements, budgets, risks, issues, and quality).

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven and demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager in the Consulting space.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage complex projects.
  • Proven experience of leading professional project teams in ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira etc.)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working in the Consulting space
  • Experience working in Life Sciences

** Contract would be inside IR35 - Hybrid working - 1-2 days in the office **
