Then look no further, as Morrison Water Services within the Anglian Water IOS Alliance are seeking a Programme Manager to provide effective programme management and complete visibility of the progress & associated risks to delivering the Integrated Operational Services (IOS) Water Storage Point programme.

In this role you will be the lead on behalf of IOS in delivering the strategic programme to support our supply outcome delivery incentives. Leading initiatives to direct the programme into the future, ensuring readiness to take on the challenges of the next AMP while steering direction towards a proactive focus. You'll manage effective connections with the Operational Managers & their teams and Water Operations to ensure control via programme management for early identification of deviation from plans in terms of delivery/construction plan for dates & costs at both job & parcel level. Providing timely & rigorous reporting of the programme from inception to completion to generate lead & lag indicators of performance in delivery. This programme of work should be shared with IOS Water & the wider internal & external stakeholders to ensure visibility of impacts of work scheduling are easily accessible.

You will be responsible for leading governance groups, reporting at senior level and ensuring that the programme of work and targets are measured accordingly against cost, benefit, performance, efficiencies, delivery and timescales. You will be accountable for identifying and managing risks, assuring delivery of work, whilst resolving conflicts and ensuring that the appropriate mitigation measures are identified and implemented. You will have fantastic communication skills and engage with stakeholders on specific business priorities and investments, overall driving delivery of the overarching strategy and vision for the programme to be realised.
