Programme Manager

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

We're a FoodTech scale-up with over £25mill of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there's about 70,000 of them in the UK. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery apps whilst continuing to service their core customers.

In short, we're defining the future of the food delivery market! Nobody's growing as fast as us in the UK, and we're looking for great people to join us on our journey.

We are looking for a Programme Manager to join the team and be part of the exciting growth of the business.

Tasks:

    • End-to-End Onboarding Coordination: Own the complete onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring all steps meet internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance partner satisfaction.
    • Stakeholder and Delivery Service Provider Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party providers and platforms, building strong relationships and fostering effective ways of working to scale Peckwater's value proposition through delivery services.
    • Process Management and Refinement: Continuously assess and refine onboarding and operational processes to enhance efficiency and meet platform KPIs.
    • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of the business, particularly in areas that impact partner relationships, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
    • Team Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of excellence within the teams, providing leadership, guidance, and opportunities for professional development.

About you:

    • Project Management: Experience with project management and running large-scale projects.
    • Accountability, Tough Decision Making and Prioritisation: Demonstrate the ability to prioritise, make tough decisions, and hold accountability to cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure successful partner onboarding.
    • Change Management: Lead and manage change within the organisation, ensuring that adjustments to processes or strategies are smoothly implemented and well-received by all stakeholders.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and report on process and project performance to relevant stakeholders.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the onboarding process and broader operations, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
    • Problem-Solving: Utilise strong problem-solving skills to understand business needs, making informed decisions that benefit Peckwater, its partners, and stakeholders.
    • Communication and Negotiation: Employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure complete alignment among internal teams, strategic focus with external stakeholders, and effective collaboration with third-party providers.
    • Technology Proficiency: Leverage existing business technology and tooling to enhance process efficiency, improve stakeholder communication, and make data-driven decisions.
