Education / Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Master's degree with extensive relevant experience working in a similar complex environment

Desirable criteria

  • Relevant qualifications in Programme management

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting
  • Strong track record of successfully managing large scale programmes and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • In depth understanding of healthcare policy and the challenges facing the NHS
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Commitment to improving patient care and outcomes through innovative and sustainable approaches

Desirable criteria

  • That this experience was gained in a health and/or care system
  • In depth knowledge of health and care system
