Education / Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Master's degree with extensive relevant experience working in a similar complex environment
Desirable criteria
- Relevant qualifications in Programme management
Experience
Essential criteria
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting
- Strong track record of successfully managing large scale programmes and projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- In depth understanding of healthcare policy and the challenges facing the NHS
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- Commitment to improving patient care and outcomes through innovative and sustainable approaches
Desirable criteria
- That this experience was gained in a health and/or care system
- In depth knowledge of health and care system
