Location: Leamington Spa

Rate: £30.68ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £23.35ph PAYE

Employment Type: Contract (66 Weeks)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Job Description:

The Programme Delivery & Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring we have fully trained and competent Apprentices and Paint, Body & MET Technicians entering the network to support our retailers in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers during each interaction, in addition to meeting our client's strategic objectives.

The Programme Delivery & Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring we have fully trained and competent Apprentices and Paint, Body & MET Technicians entering the network to support our Retailers in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers during each interaction, in addition to meeting our client's strategic objectives. Reporting into the UK Technical Academy Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, delivery, support and implementation of the Paint, Body & MET Programmes as well as the Technical Apprentice Programme.

Within each curriculum the candidate will deliver a process of continuous improvement by embedding new technologies and maximising opportunities to drive product knowledge within the network. The candidate will lead and manage a team of Programme Managers, Technical Trainers and Administrators made up of purchased service employees to meet targets and mandates set by our Global Partners and company objectives. Working closely with Colleagues from the UK Academy & NSC the candidate will manage the resources needed to support the programmes specified as well as the adult training provision, this includes the training fleet, tooling, equipment and consumables.

  • Competent in MS software packages.

Essential:

  • Experienced at managing training programmes and career development pathways.
  • Experience of managing supplier relationships.
  • Proven project management ability.
  • Experience of budget development and management.
  • Good understanding of OEM Technical, Apprentice and Product training.
  • Experience in developing training programmes.
  • Knowledge of apprentice funding rules.
