Job Title: Programme Delivery Manager – Typhoon International

Salary: £63,900 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
· You will hold the primary interface with the Lines of Business on behalf of DDT&E (Design, Development, Test & Evaluation)
· You will be responsible for the Programme Management of the projects that DDT&E discharges
· You will capture and sequence New Business and Change requirements including accurate demand for Highly Probable and Probable work, providing harmonised DDT&E responses
· Work in conjunction with the Centres of Excellence to drive and improve performance, working with key stakeholders to understand and resolve issues along with the agreement and direction on prioritisation of work within DDT&E
· You will be accountable on behalf of DDT&E into the Line of Business and Air System Integration Team (ASIT) reviews and interactions
· And you will provide the combined DDT&E Cost, Schedule and Quality reporting for programmes within your area of responsibility through internal and external reviews
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
· Experienced programme manager with working knowledge of Performance management, Contract Status Review (CSR), resource planning and change management
· Lifecycle Management and Technical Bid Review experience
· Good relationship building and communication skills across a large and varied stakeholder group
· Experience of leading teams across multiple projects
Desirable:
· Knowledge of Engineering programmes
· APM or Prince2 qualification

The Design, Development, Test & Evaluation (DDT&E) organisation is a 2,000+ strong engineering organisation delivering Engineering projects and more across multiple aircraft platforms including Typhoon, Tornado, Hawk, F35, FalconWorks and FCAS.
The DDT&E org’ are pleased to announce this opportunity as Programme Delivery Managers.
There are five Centres of Excellence within DDT&E including Test and Evaluation, Mission and Information Systems, Flight Sciences, Advanced Aerostructures and Operations. The Programme Delivery team sit in the Operations team.
