Purpose of the Role

This job involves leading a team of programmatic experts, managing workloads, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires advanced understanding of Programmatic technology, ability to optimize campaigns, and manipulate large data sets for insights. Exceptional communication skills are needed for internal coordination, client interaction, and new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of programmatic client teams and ensure operations as well client satisfaction
  • Team management: Experience leading programmatic experts and demonstrating a capability to grow and develop teams.
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of Programmatic technology and the wider Display and Video ecosystem, building relationships with key partners.
  • Be accountable for the output of the team by managing workloads and problem solving, while coaching and developing to ensure best in class delivery.
  • Collaborate on planning and strategy for Programmatic activity as part of a range of different media mixes from our client portfolio.
  • Showcase the ability to build, manage, optimise and troubleshoot varied Programmatic campaigns that span the marketing funnel, utilising market-leading DSPs.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience in programmatic with extensive knowledge. Previous experience within the wider digital ecosystem a plus.
  • Recent hands-on trading experience in at least 2-3 industry key DSPs (e.g. DV360, Amazon, TTD).
  • Strong pitching and sales techniques.
  • Strong PowerPoint and excel skills.
  • Confident in presenting both internally and externally and participating in industry panels/ events.

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
