Philip Morris International (PMI) is a company in the midst of transformation. Originally founded in 1847, PMI are building our future on replacing cigarettes with smoke-free products that-while not risk-free-are a better alternative than cigarette smoking. It's the biggest shift in PMI's history. And it's the right one for consumers and society. Led by science and innovation, and with the right regulatory encouragement and support from civil society, PMI are looking to achieve their vision of a smoke-free future, faster. PMI have recently transformed their marketing and media organisations towards greater centralisation, they are looking to enhance and scale the quality and delivery in every market. As PMI's recently appointed agency of record, we are excited to help PMI on their transformational journey. ABOUT THE ROLE
The focus in the role is on Duty Free activity for PMI. Driving best in class planning, activation, and execution in partnership with the Programmatic and Account teams. This role sits at a cross-section between Global Planning and Strategy and Local Planning and Activation and offers an exciting opportunity.
You will be able to work closely with (and in return, have great exposure to) various teams and stakeholders which will provide you the opportunity to learn across agency functions and be part of multiple exciting digital projects. You would be able to own the Duty Free remit and drive growth.
Responsibilities
ABOUT THE WORK
Planning & Strategy
Support the Global Account Director in the creation of yearly Duty-Free strategy
Creation and update global media plans
Work with media partners and internal on activating media plans globally
Development and presentation of PCA's
Source new media partners to expand PMI Duty Free's remit
Management of strategic workstreams including test and learn and management of our strategic partnerships to maximise results and ensure adoption within business
Understand and effectively communicate our programmatic value proposition, technology, and processes
Oversee client portfolio including communication, campaign setup, troubleshooting and reporting
Client Servicing & Management
Support management of key client stakeholders across digital tasks and workstreams
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to be seen as a key point of reference on the PMI Duty Free team
Media Owner relationship management
Be the Go-to-person for all guidance & support for Duty free offerings from PMI
Own and oversee the finance process, ensuring accurate and timely booking, reconciliation and issue resolution
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Strong Programmatic knowledge and skills in major DSPS (i.e. Google's DV360, Amazon AAP, Tradedesk) and extensive knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape
- Media planning and RTB preparation experience
- Good writing skills and comfortable presenting and communicating, working across the team, within the wider agency, with clients and media owners
- Processes driven and driving best practice
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to pull insights from data
- Project management and communication skills to be able to engage with multiple stakeholders to drive delivery of projects
- Highly organized with previous examples of delivering projects in a timely and effective manner
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standard of work
- Evidence of being solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance and delivery
