DESCRIPTION
Amazon Shipping is looking to hire a Program Manager to join the EU Operations Strategy, Integration, and Programs team.
As a Program Manager within Amazon Shipping's EU Operations Strategy team, you'll execute and drive transformational programs that enhance our logistics network. This role combines operational expertise with program delivery capabilities, requiring strong analytical skills and execution excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Be a critical part of the Amazon Shipping Program Management Office (PMO) team, improving ways of working and process standardization across the EU operations organization.
- Key partner for Amazon Shipping Product and Tech, Finance leaders, and EU Amazon Operations partner program management teams.
- Be a critical advocate and influencer of the business with partner teams and stakeholders.
- Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with the Biz, Product and Ops teams.
- Develop structural plans and routines to ensure all strategic and tactical programs are being delivered on schedule and to the standards expected.

Amazon Shipping offers Amazon's delivery capabilities as a product and service. Amazon Shipping's first customers are sellers in the EU, offering to ship their volume using our delivery network.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
