About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Management Senior Consultant, you will work with a global team to re-establish and oversee the Partner Excellence Program (PEP), CBRE & T&T's global project management strategic sourcing program within the EMEA region.
What You'll Do:
- Support the development of a project management global strategic sourcing program. Work with the global PEP Team to significantly improve existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline. Responsible for engagement and oversight of the PEP Supplier Partners within the EMEA region.
- Support project management leadership by conducting client PEP introductions / presentations.
- Conduct project management leadership PEP presentations.
- Support the creation of an extensive PEP training program for project management teams. Schedule, lead and track project management training sessions. Increase PEP engagement and compliance with supplier partners through activities such as analysis of spend, rationalization of suppliers, promoting benefits of preferred supplier partners and influencing project managers on supplier partner choice.
- Support project management team when initiating PEP on projects and during RFPs/bid events. Serve as a point of contact for clients and escalation points for any staffing, bandwidth, or delivery issues.
- Support the development of a global knowledge database and process for connecting project management PEP Supplier Partners with project management teams (Introductions, assist Supplier Partners navigate the project management teams, etc.) Work with preferred suppliers to deliver best value, cost savings and service level improvements, achieving high quality and standardization.
- Manage internal, external and supplier partner relationships in support of the program. Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the global PEP team.
- Work with the global PEP team to maintain PEP supplier partner data. Develop and maintain contractual agreements with supplier partners that are recognized for delivering best value, including high quality service delivery to CBRE / T&T and their clients.
- Work with the global PEP team to create & maintain project management resources (Intranet site, process guidelines, RFP language, etc.) Work with the global PEP team to expand & coach the project management PEP Champion team to further support the program.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Outward facing people person who's comfortable presenting to a broad audience (Clients, Senior Leadership teams, Project Mangers & Stakeholders)
- Customer focused, with excellent influencing and communication skills.
- The ability to train, communicate and influence project management teams and project management leadership.
- Experience in the areas of selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
