Role: Production Team Leader
Location: Leven, Scotland
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Pattern: Night Shifts, Monday - Thursday (2200 hours - 0800 hours)
Salary: Starting at 50k + Shift Allowance

Key Site and Team Facts
• 100+ Brands, 2,500 SKU's & up to 40 million cases packed a year.
• Whisky, Gin, Vodka, Rum & a wide range of ready-to-drink products.
• Over 1.25m cases per week at peak.
• 1,100 people, including 3rd parties.
• 20 lines spread over three halls, with two new lines in the next 18 months.

Top Accountabilities
• Lead a team of 15-20 direct reports with clear direction and motivation.
• Provide strong leadership on shift and with your team.
• Implement a continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices.
• Mentor production operators for individual and team development, driving step-change in employee engagement.
• Deliver balanced business scorecard results to improve performance.
• Own medium- to long-term strategy for your area, including Capex and investment proposals.
• Lead operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Preferred Background
While not essential, experience within the FMCG sector would be highly beneficial.
