Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00

Location: Doncaster - DN4 5PD

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Production Support Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Support site leads with responsibilities for process and continuous improvements of its services as well as the production of both internal and customer reporting.
• Support site leads promoting safe, efficient and profitable operations for the organisation.
• Responsible for the management and development of the customer service and proactive customer interaction, queries and support.
• Manage standardisation and best practices across the Repack Operations.

• Previous experience working closely with high profile customers and customer management.
• Computer literacy - Excel and PowerPoint
