We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at a management level and play a key part in the delivery of a world class service with plenty of career progression opportunity.

WORKING HOURS

Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (40 hours per week)

WHAT IS INVOLVED

• Responsible for managing production and delivery of contaminated products to the site and the delivery of quality sterilised products to the customer.
• Lead all staff and putt forward suggestions for continuous improvement, innovation and corrective actions as appropriate and ensuring the implementation of all feasible suggestions.
• Plan and schedule all production to the agreed specification to meet customer requirements.
• To participate in the on-call management service to maintain emergency services to the customer.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Practical application of LEAN methodologies,
• Experience leading teams (including support functions).
• Comfortable with IT tools and systems.
• Can adapt to changing schedules and is flexible.
• Has previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong communication skills and target driven.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Understands regulations and policies.
• Prioritises health and safety.
