As a Production Manager, you will inspire and motivate colleagues through proactive operational management and mentorship. You will develop and execute clear career progression plans, identify high-potential employees for advanced roles, and ensure accurate and timely management of colleague performance data and development records. We are seeking someone who can create open communication with key stakeholders, build trust and respect, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. You will be commercially aware, estimating, negotiating, and agreeing departmental budgets with the Site Lead. Your effective management and delivery against agreed annual targets will ensure controllable costs in labour and materials are aligned to the departmental budget. Collaborating with relevant departments across the EU M&D sites, you'll develop and deliver programmes to optimise machine and process performance, driving increased capacity.
