Job Title:
Production Assistant

Job Description:

Liveposter was born out of a simple Channel 4 brief in 2011: how can we display live news updates in real time on London Underground media? Since then, Liveposter has become the industry leader globally in Dynamic Out of Home, producing data optimised creative and making brands more relevant & effective in the OOH space.

We define dynamic as campaigns that use data, or pre-agreed scheduling rules, to optimise which content is displayed on to digital Out of Home screens. Put simply then, dynamic is telling the right story at the right time - not the same story all the time.

We believe most Digital Out of Home (DOOH) campaigns could benefit from a dash of data and dynamism, for the simple reason that dynamic content is inherently more engaging than its static equivalent. Data and triggers allow us to determine which brand or execution plays where or when. The feed itself can be anything from ambient data such as the weather or location, to social content like tweets or your own proprietary business information.

At Liveposter, we're experts in using data triggers to serve up the most relevant message and large-scale dynamic engagement is where we really excel.

Liveposter is part of Posterscope, a Dentsu owned OOH specialist agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage communications during the campaign scoping and production process to ensure external agencies and internal stakeholders from Creative, Media, and Client are aligned.
  • Ad hoc creation of simple project documentation, such as timelines, specifications, and content matrices.
  • Assisting in the delivery, approval, and QA of static and animated project assets.
  • Assist in the production and delivery of campaigns using our custom CMS platform. This includes creating posters, integrating data files, delivering ad containers to media owners, scheduling posters, creating and assigning data triggers, conducting testing, and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Become a trusted and credible ambassador for both Liveposter and Dynamic within Posterscope & Dentsu.
  • Support of post campaign documentation where required. This can include reporting, campaign photography and producing case studies.

About You

  • Proactive, self-starter.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Positive can-do attitude and good work ethic.
  • Strong logical thinking skills.
  • Work well in a team.
  • Confident communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital media a plus - ideal if you have previous experience from creative or media agency with an emphasis on OOH, digital display or video production.
  • Comfortable discussing data and having technical conversations. Technical background or coding understanding would be a plus although not mandatory.

Benefits

We offer everything you would expect from a large company - like 25 days' holiday plus your birthday off - and a few additions, like 2 paid volunteering days each year to support charitable causes and 3 wellness days per year.

We also provide pension contributions, life assurance, private health care, income protection, critical illness cover, travel season ticket loans, a cycle to work scheme, free eye tests and a whole host of great local and national discounts from leading retailers that you'll have access to as an employee.

You'll have a hybrid working schedule where you can flex your start and finish times. Want to learn more about working at Dentsu - check out our hub: https://unlocking-culture.dentsu.com/careers/entry-level-hub
