Our services fall under three core pillars: strategy, user research and design. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

We're headquartered in Brighton, with our teams working hybrid and remotely across the UK. The ideal candidate should be within commutable distance to our Brighton office.

The role

In this senior position within our Delivery team, you will work closely with the Head of Delivery, in-house teams and clients to deliver projects, ensuring high quality outcomes, and timeliness of delivery.

Joining our Delivery team, you will act as a key point of contact across several of our core projects. You'll partner with client side senior stakeholders, Project Managers, and Product Owners to deliver large digital creative and build projects with the support of our experienced team.

The projects you will manage will mainly be digital products - apps, websites, services and other tools. You'll collaborate with our in-house teams of creatives and strategists to deliver them.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring clear project communications through regular project ceremonies
• Overseeing and authoring project documentation and reporting to the wider business
• Managing projects of varying scale and complexity, from fixed cost projects to retainers, focusing on design and research
• Guiding and sharing of best practices through collaborative working
• Mentoring and supporting more junior team members
• Working closely with our production team, external suppliers and partners to deliver high quality work that delights our customers
• Capturing user stories and creating acceptance criteria, managing tickets and providing status updates via internal and client's Jira
• Planning, scheduling and supporting resource management of multiple your projects
• Reporting on project progress, burn rates etc.
• Managing risks and scope
• Contributing to the department's continuous improvement and wider objectives

Required

• A good understanding of the Pharma and Healthcare industry
• Knowledge of web technologies, capabilities and limitations
• Advanced knowledge of creating and managing projects in Jira
• Experience with helping to manage technical projects and working with creative and technical individuals
• Experience with delivering a project from inception to completion
• A good understanding of design and the importance of a great user experience
• Highly organised and efficient
• Experience with client services, confidently managing day to day communications and growing client relationships
• A good understanding of commercials, renewals and budget management
• Confident managing junior members of the team and leading by example, working with others to inspire a high-quality standard
• Should communicate with warmth and positivity, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• 4-6 years of agency experience (significant relevant client side experience also considered)

Extra points for

• Scrum certification and experience would be a bonus, but we can provide CSM training if required

Salary

£50,000 to £60,000 per year (depending on level/experience)
