Product Marketing Manager, Payments Acceptance and Experience

Payments Acceptance and Experience (PAE) is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness of new payment experiences and engagement with customers across EU. This role will be responsible for standing up new acquisition marketing programs, testing frequently, manage acquisition marketing budgets and prioritizing initiatives and investments to scale acquisition.

The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer who has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results through owned (and operated) plus third party partnerships and campaigns. The marketing manager should be highly organized, able to work closely with multiple internal teams and external Payment Partners. The individual will be responsible for campaign development and localization across Amazon's retail websites pan-Europe, targeting segmentation, execution and post-mortems of marketing initiatives. They will be tasked with constantly testing new ideas and concepts, gleaning insights from what worked (or didn't), and leveraging opportunities to scale the program based on results.

Your focus will be to:
- Create and execute customer acquisition campaigns for payment methods (existing and new launches) and maintain superior customer experiences through rich content and navigation across Amazon.
- Create targeted messages and customer communications based on the key value propositions and use cases of our content and target audiences
- Develop testing plans (copy, ads, landing pages) for continuous performance improvement and optimization of the campaigns.
- Pull and report on performance metrics of site content to inform strategies for enhancements
- Analyse and report on customer experience learnings and key customer behaviour

Key job responsibilities
- Own and execute marketing campaigns and maintain superior customer experiences through rich content and navigation across Amazon.
- Develop testing plans (copy, ads, landing pages) for continuous performance improvement and optimization of the campaigns.
- Pull and report on performance metrics of site content to inform strategies for enhancements
- Develop formalized documentation, processes and procedures, and A/B testing strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
