Product Marketing Manager (Must be UK based)

The Product Marketing Lead drives PolyAI's success by crafting strategic messaging, refining value propositions and creating sales enablement content. The position collaborates with product and sales teams to understand market needs, define positioning, and deliver compelling marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth. They champion the customer, showcasing the value of PolyAI and providing valuable insights that empower everyone from product to sales teams.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (enterprise SaaS preferred!) Your key responsibilities will include building product messaging and strategy, as well as sales enablement content!

Requirements

Minimum skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (enterprise SaaS preferred)

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Experience with ABM strategy and platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot
  • Knowledge of CCaaS, UCaaS, or Call Center technology markets
  • Knowledge of NLP, NLU, or other machine-learning technology

Responsibilities:

Product Messaging & Strategy

  • Develop messaging & value propositions
  • Work closely with the product and tech teams on pricing and positioning
  • Proactively communicate the product vision and roadmap
  • Support product launches

Market Messaging & Strategy

  • Interview customers for case studies
  • Implement key information and market intel to mold the product, messaging, and GTM strategy.
  • Competitive research and analysis
  • Market trends
  • Personas
  • Buyer's journey
  • Support campaigns with campaign messaging
  • Engage with customers to develop market & customer insights, in collaboration with the Business Value Analyst
  • Conduct win/loss interviews

Sales Enablement Content

  • Proactively identify gaps in sales content and knowledge and validate with sales leadership
  • Develop sales enabling content including presentations, one pagers, and case studies
