Role Purpose:

Our Product Marketing managers plan, implement and oversee performance marketing strategies and campaigns to drive commercial value and connect our products to our customer needs. They understand the key attitudinal and behavioural drivers of our customers and create, and execute, innovative ways to connect with our customers that leave a positive impression of our products, services and brand. They think for the long-term and manage the short-term day-to-day marketing activities to meet the changing needs of the customer.

Key accountabilities:

1. You will utilise competitor, campaign, customer and channel insights to lead, create and execute the annual performance marketing channel plans, ensuring the most effective and efficient marketing channels achieves the objectives, goals and trading profit. This will include setting KPIs, budget optimisations, creative development and project delivery.
2. You create the campaign delivery plan and execute the customer value proposition and incentive, ensuring your channel campaigns drives response and conversion.
3. You will lead the delivery of the campaign ensuring collaboration with internal teams to conceptualise, create and execute a compelling creative through our internal project management and approval tool.
4. You will evaluate and proof check campaign assets to ensure they meet the campaign brief and present the final campaign creative to the senior marketing leadership team.
5. You will monitor the performance of your channels and analyse the effectiveness against the channel marketing plan and provide insights to the senior marketing team and recommend any actions.
6. You will build a test and learn marketing channel plan covering media, data and creative optimisation to build knowledge, identify growth opportunities and improve effectiveness.
7. You will oversee the day-to-day third-party relationship ensuring partners are delivering to your marketing channel plans.
8. You will present new creative concept ideas, marketing programmes, plans and recommend campaign budgets to senior leadership teams for approval and communicating to internal and external teams for delivery.

How you'll be successful (measures)

1. You will use customer insights to create innovative marketing campaigns that meets the needs of our customers and are both effective and efficient to drive profitable policy and customer growth.
2. You will deliver best in class channel campaigns and creative, whilst keeping up to date with industry and market trends.
3. You will analyse and measure all key campaign metrics and ensure they are delivering to the campaign objectives
4. You will provide reports and dashboards on campaign performance to support various senior leadership team meetings
5. You will ensure third party relationships are delivering performance in accordance with the campaign plan.
6. You will manage the risk and compliance approvals to ensure your marketing campaigns are compliant.
7. Where appropriate, you will provide leadership to a campaign manager.

Skills & experience required:
• Strong success in developing performance marketing channel campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, ability to multi-task and decision-making skills.
• Proven creativity with a metrics-driven mindset to drive customer and commercial outcomes.
• Proven experience in evaluating creative ensuring it meets the creative brief and campaign objectives whilst remaining compliant and adhering to standards.
• Proven experience of working in a regulatory environment, preferably Financial Services.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management
