Let's tell you about the role...

Working as part of our marketing function, this role offers plenty of variety. In addition to managing a small team, your purpose will be to oversee the marketing strategy across all products - from personal leasing products and salary sacrifice to our offering for corporate customers with large fleets. An important aspect of this role is that we're a regulated business, and as such we need to make sure we attend to every last detail to get our consumer product marketing right.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Stakeholder management - this is a huge part of the role
  • Ensuring we have the right marketing plan in place for the target audience for every product and that all assets, literature, messaging are optimised and compliant with relevant governance and legislation
  • Utilising Salesforce oversee campaigns and utilise the data to deliver insights about key outputs
  • Building relationships and collaborating with our corporate marketing team in Paris

The role is hybrid, based in Swindon, and is a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

About you

You're a capable marketing expert with experience of running full, integrated and cross-channel marketing campaigns. You also have good knowledge of FCA (financial conduct authority) regulations and understand how these impact the way we market products to regulated customers.

Key skills & experience you'll need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of managing agencies and budget
  • Delivery of integrated marketing plans
  • Experience of using CRM and email marketing automation tools
  • Strong data literacy, and able to draw meaningful insights from different systems (such as Salesforce, Eloqua)
