Product Manager - UK

Epassi are growing and we are looking for a Product Manager. The role is based in our UK office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex (Hybrid)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for understanding the UK benefit market
• Competitor analysis in UK
• Understanding local regulation in UK
• Product discovery together with UK business unit and other colleagues in product team
• Working together with colleagues in product team to develop the UK product further
• Expanding the UK product offering based on the customer needs
• Close relationship with finance, marketing & UK business unit

Required Qualifcations

• Previous product manager & business analyst experience
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Business oriented, analytical and problem-solving oriented mindset
