The Challenge:

We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to drive our content enhancement initiatives, increasing engagement among bettors and maximising profits for bookmakers.

As the Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our offerings, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives.

You will oversee the development and enhancement of our betting products, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for your products, focusing on increasing engagement for bettors and profitability for bookmakers.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the betting industry.

Customer Segmentation: Segment our customer base to understand their demographics, behaviours, and preferences, and tailor product features to meet their needs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including bookmakers, marketing teams, and development teams, to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure alignment with business goals.

User Research: Gather insights from punters through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.

Product Development: Prioritise and manage the product backlog, working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements on time and within budget.

Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, milestones, and timelines for product development and enhancement.

Data Analysis: Analyse user data, platform analytics, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and optimise product performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.

Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes, to communicate requirements and updates to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving product innovation and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Experience conducting user research and gathering customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience in managing product backlogs, prioritising features, and facilitating sprint planning sessions.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry and experience working with development teams is desirable.
