As a Senior Analyst, you'll be at the heart of transforming digital customer journeys. Your expertise in clickstream data, user behaviour, and digital interaction will directly impact the online experience of our customers. From identifying friction points to optimizing engagement strategies, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital experiences across web and app platforms.
What you will be doing
- Serve as the analytics partner for customer experience (CX) squads, helping them define and measure key value drivers (KVD's) related to digital engagement and satisfaction
- Analyse customer & clickstream data, web/app journeys, marketing conversion journeys and interaction points to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the customer experience
- Collaborate with squads to design and execute A/B tests or multivariate experiments aimed at optimising UX, content, and functionality on App & Web
- Provide in-depth journey analysis, mapping how users navigate from CLCM marketing, across web and mobile app platforms, identifying drop-off points, and recommending changes to improve conversion rates and engagement
- Use segmentation and cohort analysis to uncover insights into user behaviour, tailoring recommendations to address the needs of specific customer groups
- Partner with Data Scientists to develop predictive models that forecast user behaviours, such as likelihood to churn or convert, and integrate these insights into Real time CX strategies
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
- Advocate for best practices in digital analytics and data quality, working with technical teams to ensure accurate tracking and tagging across web and app platforms
Who we are looking for

- Have Experience in analysing customer journeys on web and app platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Be proficient in clickstream data analysis and expertise in web analytics frameworks, with a strong understanding of tagging and tracking setup
- Have advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, along with experience using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and influence CX strategies effectively
