Job Title: Product Manager

Contract: Fixed Term - Maternity Cover (12 Months)

Location: London & Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Reporting to: Head of Product Portfolio

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse and evolving product portfolio. You'll work in the Product Portfolio team and work with cross-functional teams to design, refine and deliver products that support our mission, strengthen our brands, and create real impact for dog owners everywhere.

You'll be the customer champion, ensuring our products meet real needs, tackle pain points, and stay commercially sustainable. From developing roadmaps and building business cases to monitoring performance and optimising the portfolio, you'll play a key role in driving growth and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Shape and deliver product strategy across Crufts and The Kennel Club brands.
• Champion the customer, ensuring our products and services meet their needs and expectations.
• Lead on product design and delivery initiatives, from dog training models to accessible education and health products.
• Use insights and data to enhance existing products and bring new ideas to life.
• Build and manage the product pipeline, aligning stakeholders across the business.
• Support the development of business cases, product P&Ls, and KPIs.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, digital, and commercial teams to ensure products resonate and deliver impact.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in product management, ideally within pet health, welfare, or a related sector.
• Experience in strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Experience in using insights, data, and trends to shape product strategy.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, from idea to launch and optimisation.
• A collaborative, curious mindset and passion for making a positive impact.
