Product Manager M3 Flows, Productivity & Digital Innovation

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the technical strategy and execution for Box Level Placement (BLP) operations within Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). This role will focus on developing and execution strategy and roadmap for BLP including SC Receive, Forecasting, Scheduling, and technical enablement solutions to support BLP's targeted growth.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive execution goals for technical product development
- Design and implement new tools and business processes that simplify, standardize, and enable cost reporting
- Partner with ATS Forecasting and Tech teams to implement enhanced forecasting capabilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for key BLP technical initiatives including SC Inventory Receive and ATS Planner
- Conduct complex analysis and effectively communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive consensus across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
