Role Purpose
To assist in the end-to-end process of billing all Property Management revenue, across multiple revenue streams
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Billing Manager with PM's automated contract billing process through Peoplesoft:
- Contract set up
- Contract amendments
- Maintaining correct internal approval routes
- Liaison with SOX team for approval of all additions/amendments
- Running billing cycles through Peoplesoft in a timely manner to maximise revenue.
- Billing reconciliations
- Invoice distribution
- Contract module maintenance
- Invoice raising through K2 & Peoplesoft Platforms - across all revenue streams, ensuring SOX compliance.
- Be the Subject matter expert across the two more complicated revenue streams (FM & Variable fees)
- Support with Month end revenue accrual calculation and submission
- Project setup and maintenance on Peoplesoft
- Own the Intercompany and 3rd party payaway schedules, and actioning payment side through Peoplesoft/Coupa platform.
- Ownership and Circulation of Billing information to AP team in Glasgow
- Oversight of Invoice Uploads to P2P system for automatic payment
- Oversight of P2P Management - Proactive resolution of rejected/cancelled/queried items on P2P and those in the Registered/error status.
- Management of Central Inbox
- Respond to all SOX/Audit requests and queries
- Lead on training wider department on Billing processes and systems
- Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation
- Assist PM & FM Finance Business Partners & Assistant Business Partners as required
- Ad hoc projects and reporting support as required
