What You'll Do
- Lead the roadmap for one or more teams in Ubiquity Distribution, setting the direction for how Spotify expands outside its core app.
- Collaborate closely with Product Area Leads (PALs), staff engineers, and key team members to ensure roadmaps are aligned and key decisions are made at the right level.
- Lead prioritization and scope, ensuring a balance between investment and return, working towards clear decisions on cost vs product benefit.
- Drive monthly planning sessions, continuously updating and communicating timelines with dependent teams, bet leads, and strategy partners.
- Present regular updates on risks, issues, and project statuses, ensuring leadership and relevant teams are always in the loop.
- Work with engineering teams to build and refine long-term strategies for Ubiquity Distribution and its integration with Spotify's playback and content systems.
- Develop and maintain a six-month roadmap with input from key team members, and ensure the appropriate teams sign off on all major decisions.

- Comfortable leading teams through sophisticated challenges and making data-driven decisions to support Spotify's mission of ubiquity.
- A passion for innovation, scalability, and the Spotify product, particularly in enabling it to grow beyond the core app experience.
Where You'll Be
