As an AI-first Product Manager, you will own the development of intelligent features for global brands like Gucci and Walmart, bridging the gap between complex data and human-centric workflows to define the future of digital engagement.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific feature areas, from deep discovery and customer feedback loops to agile execution and launch.
• Partner with engineering to design and rigorously evaluate AI models for accuracy and safety within the context of complex marketing analytics.
• Define north-star and guardrail metrics to make high-stakes trade-offs between immediate customer needs and long-term platform scalability.

The ideal candidate:

• 5-10 years of PM experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality, data-driven products.
• Deep AI fluency with experience defining problems suited for Generative AI and establishing quality evaluation heuristics for model outputs.
• Exceptional persuasive writing skills for strategy memos and technical fluency to navigate data contracts and system trade-offs with engineers.
