We are looking for someone who is truly enthusiastic about the Early Years sector to join our team as a Product Manager. It doesn't matter if you don't have any product management experience, you will use your knowledge and experience of working in a educational setting to help us understand what is needed by practitioners and children to really ignite a child's imagination and learning. In this role, you be involved in the development and life cycle of our early years products.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities will be to:

  • Have a deep understanding of the sector and what really matters most to an Early Years setting.
  • Collaborating with the team and our suppliers, select products that will make a difference to an early years' environment and create compelling Early Years categories.
  • Make valuable connections with Early Years individuals so we can learn and grow.

A Product Manager will:

  • Work with the Category Manager and Early Years team to understand how to build and maintain a commercially viable product range.
  • Work with our marketing and digital teams to present our products in a way that is meaningful to our customers - an Early Years setting.
  • Be able to articulate how a product can be used to facilitate many learning styles.
  • Create innovate product photography, videos, and product copy online to maximise sales.
  • Work with our Innovation team to initiate product ideas that can be sold to settings worldwide and be instrumental in a child's life.
  • Review and optimise their categories, including product lifecycle management.

Experience

Experience:

  • #Firstly, and most importantly we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the sector and wants to help improve a child's outcomes globally.
  • Have experience of working/studying in the sector.
  • Have good time management and is someone that is highly organised.
  • Have excellent administration skills and can use applications like Word and Excel.
  • Someone that is tactful and diplomatic and be able to communicate to all different departments and levels.
  • Someone who can build a great network both at TTS and externally.
  • Someone who can proactively solve problems and has a keen eye for detail - someone that can finish a task with excellence.
  • Relevant professional qualifications in the sector.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
